Your mission
As a Customer Service Agent, you are the critical interface between our customers and our life-saving products. You ensure that both end customers and our retail partners receive optimal support, thus directly contributing to our mission "Protect helpers - Save lives - Preserve values."
Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact for our customers and partners and ensure their professional support
- You will take over the complete order processing - from the preparation of offers to the creation of delivery notes and accompanying documents
- You support logistics by creating shipping documents (UPS) and assist with shipping if necessary
- You handle complaints independently and in a solution-oriented manner
- You maintain and manage customer data in our ELO system
- You actively support marketing campaigns and the creation of marketing materials
- You contribute to quality assurance by:
o Participation in the implementation of ISO guidelines and QMS
o Control and compliance with GDPR guidelines
o Participation in the implementation of the new MDR 2021 rules
o Collaboration on the QM Continuation Management Manual - You are the important interface in communication with our suppliers
- You participate in tenders and support their processing
Your profile
Essential:
- You have completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- You ideally have some experience in customer service and/or internal sales
Desirable, but not mandatory:
- Experience in using ERP systems and document management systems (such as ELO)
- Basic knowledge of medical devices or medical equipment
- Initial experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485)
- Knowledge of the GDPR and its practical implementation
- Experience in processing tenders
- Understanding of marketing basics
