KG. This acquisition is a significant milestone in Safe Life AB's expansion strategy and underlines its commitment to strengthening its international presence.
MedX5 GmbH & Co. KG has built an excellent reputation for its high quality defibrillators, training and technical services. As a leading provider of first responder and layperson defibrillators, MedX5 has built a strong customer base in Europe and will now become part of the global presence of the Safe Life AB Group.
The acquisition also regulates the succession of the company's founder and managing director Volker Brand , who will continue to serve as managing director. The Friedberg/Bay. site will be further expanded. The integration has been carefully planned to ensure a smooth transition.
