The manufacturer Stryker/HeartSine has announced a further delivery stop for the SAM 350P, SAM 360P, and SAM 500P defibrillators. This delivery stop will take effect on January 30, 2025 , and is expected to last until April 30, 2025. Unfortunately, the manufacturer has not provided any reasons for this renewed delivery interruption.
We deeply regret this situation and would like to assure you that we are committed to continuing to offer you high-quality products and solutions. Therefore, we are now offering Primedic HeartSave Y and YA defibrillators for laypersons and first responders as an alternative – at identical conditions .
Important: The supply of PAD-PAK cassettes for your existing HeartSine devices is still guaranteed , so that your existing defibrillators remain fully operational.
